Returns and Refunds

RETURNS

Our terms and conditions are valid for 30 days. We can only provide you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

To qualify for return, your item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Some items are not eligible for this return policy, such as personalized items or gift cards.
In order to process your refund, please send us a copy of your proof of purchase. Any item showing signs of use will not be covered by this warranty.

REFUND
Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an email confirming whether your request has been accepted or rejected.
If approved, we will process the refund within a few days by crediting your bank card with the amount of the returned purchase, or by some other means of reimbursement.

LATE REIMBURSEMENT
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and, if necessary, contact your bank or credit card company; this may take a few days. If you don't see the refund in your account, please contact us by email at hello@natureetcompagnons.com

SALE ITEMS
Our sale items do not benefit from the exchange or refund policy.

EXCHANGES
