TERMS OF SALE

1. By simply placing an order with us, the customer accepts our conditions and waives the right to rely on his own.

2. Payment for naturopathic care is made immediately upon completion of the treatment. No credit will be given.

3. Except in exceptional cases, appointments take place within a 50 km radius of Arras at the animal's home in order to see it evolve in its living space.

4. Video consultations are possible provided you can see the animal. The time allocated will be the same as for in-person treatment.

5. In the case of a video consultation, you can make an appointment on the site's online calendar and pay for the consultation in advance also on the site.

6. Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be due.

7. Failure by the customer to perform the obligations arising from the order automatically suspends the performance of our obligations.

8. All our invoices are payable in Arras, cash, net, without discount, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.

9. For any order of products on our site, it is the customer's responsibility to check the goods delivered at the time of delivery.

If the shipment is made via a carrier, comments and disputes must be addressed directly to the carrier, who is responsible for the transport part.

10. Our invoices are deemed definitively accepted in the absence of any dispute within eight days of the invoice date.

11. Any delay in payment of the invoice automatically results in the application of interest of 1% per month, starting from the date of the invoice.

In addition, compensation shall be due automatically and without formal notice, as damages, without prejudice to other compensation if due, in the amount of 15% of the total amount due, with a minimum of 150 euros.

12. In the event of a dispute, only the jurisdiction of the courts of Arras will be competent.
